Partnership 4 Hope is a community-based initiative designed to address the unique challenges that young adults, who have “aged out” of the foster care system, face. Through our four pillars – Partnership, Community Support, Independence, and Educational Safety – we strive to help former foster youth succeed as they journey towards independent living.
